About this file

This is an addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) services issued by Davidson-Davie Community College for the DDCC Davie Medical Training Center project. The addendum, dated October 22, 2025, is directed to CM@Risk firms and was issued by Keith Raker, Director of Physical Plant Services. The document announces four key modifications to the original RFQ: the project name has been changed from Dr. Slate Medical Training Center to DDCC Davie Medical Training Center; the SF254 form is no longer required as part of the CM@R proposal submission; the CMR Qualification Questionnaire is now mandatory; and all electronic vendor portal (eVP) documents have been updated to reflect these changes, including the Preproposal Information, Qualifications Questionnaire, and Advertisement materials.

No specific pricing terms, schedule deadlines, site visit requirements, or contract award dates are detailed in this addendum. The document serves solely to communicate procedural and administrative modifications to the bidding process and does not address funding amounts, sources, or other financial particulars related to the project.
