About this file

This document is a response from the Department of State to questions submitted about a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk for the Mission San Luis Artifact Facility. The RFQ was issued by the State of Florida for the construction project. The Department confirmed that the most recent version of the CM01 form, dated 10/23, should be used in the response rather than the earlier 1/21 version referenced in the RFQ instructions.

The RFQ seeks a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of the Mission San Luis Artifact Facility, which is located in Leon County and Boca Raton City, Florida. The contract will be awarded through a competitive selection process, with a shortlist of respondents already posted. The Department provided revised scheduling information for the selection process in the document.
