SSO Configurations: Integrating SSO into the application needs to be handled by developers; operations team sets up the SSO client and provides necessary details.
Period of Performance: September 30, 2024 – September 29, 2025
4. Justification:
When comparing the capabilities of the vendors to the requirements cited in the “Description of Services” above, Zolon Tech’s capabilities align exactly to the goals of ACF Tech. Zolon Tech is the best vendor suited to provide the required services to support the AWS Professional Services in the overall effort of migrating a large number of applications to NGSC and significantly scaling delivery of NGSC services, specifically, since it holds existing knowledge and expertise in supporting the NGSC, having done these tasks with current limited staff for the very small number of applications currently in NGSC. Zolon Tech’s strong track record of successful operations and customer support reinforces ACF Tech’s confidence in their ability to continue providing high-quality services.
Market Research Findings:
The ACF Tech Team conducted market research in June 2024 and contacted potential vendors to request information on their capabilities and estimates for potential services. The Acquisition Team received responses which included a presentation and an estimate in the format of a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM). The presentation outlined the exact support required to fulfill all ACF requirements.
