About this file

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) document outlines a procurement by the Town of Bedford, Massachusetts, seeking qualified vendors to provide clothing collection receptacles for three municipal locations: the Bedford Recycling Center (108 Carlisle Road), Bedford High School (12 Mudge Way, nearest Liljegren Way entrance), and Lane Elementary School (66 Sweetwater Ave). The solicitation requests proposals for receptacles designed to collect clothing donations at these designated sites. The document establishes the framework for vendors to submit quotations meeting the Town's specifications for container design, capacity, durability, and placement requirements across the three identified municipal facilities.

The RFQ specifies pricing terms and conditions that vendors must address in their quotations, though specific dollar amounts, contract duration terms, and renewal options are not detailed within the available file excerpt. The procurement does not appear to contain designated set-asides, and no information regarding incumbent vendors, current service providers, or specific funding sources is documented. Vendors interested in this opportunity must submit responses according to the timeline and procedures outlined in the full RFQ document, with evaluation based on meeting the Town's requirements for clothing collection infrastructure at the three municipal locations.
