About this file
This is a performance bid document related to clauses, extensions, and overrun provisions for the "No More Excuses Flu Poster" contract opportunity in Maine. The document outlines the bidding framework and performance requirements for contractors responding to this public health awareness initiative. The file establishes the structure for bid submissions, including provisions for contract extensions beyond the initial term and procedures for handling work overruns that may occur during project execution. Specific details regarding quantities, response deadlines, site visits, bidders' conferences, and award dates would be contained within the related contract opportunity documentation and the complete bid specifications.
The document establishes the contractual mechanisms for pricing adjustments, extension terms, and overrun management to govern the relationship between Maine and the selected contractor. Key provisions likely address how additional work beyond the original scope will be priced, the conditions under which contract extensions may be exercised, and the procedures for contract performance oversight. Any set-asides, incumbent considerations, funding sources, and budget allocations would be specified in conjunction with the main contract opportunity documents and should be reviewed in tandem with this performance bid framework to understand the complete procurement parameters.
