About this file
This is a Claims and Requirements document from the Massachusetts Department of State Police outlining the evaluation and award criteria for Request for Quote (RFQ) 93rd RTT F09 CLT09 SOCAL regarding BDU badges, patches, and "STATE POLICE" BDU tape. The Department reserves the right to select the quote demonstrating best overall value, including proposed alternatives that achieve procurement goals. Awards may be made on a whole-bid or individual item basis, whichever provides the best value to the Commonwealth. The document specifies that no late bids will be accepted, and if manufacturer and model specifications are included in the bid, no alternative products will be considered.
The Department and any selected bidder may negotiate changes to contract performance or cost elements from the original RFQ or the bidder's quote if such modifications result in lower costs, improved cost-effectiveness, or better overall value. The document does not provide specific pricing information, contract term details, quantities of items required, or submission deadlines within the excerpt provided.
