About this file
This is a Claim and Requirement document related to a Request for Quotation (RFQ F27 CLT09) for STOP TEAM Pins issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The document outlines the specifications and requirements for the procurement of promotional pins for the STOP TEAM (Substance Abuse Treatment and Overdose Prevention) initiative. The document details the exact specifications required for the pins, including design specifications, material requirements, quantity needed, and quality standards that must be met by responding vendors. Specific details regarding response deadlines, bid submission procedures, and evaluation criteria are documented to ensure compliance with state procurement regulations.
The document establishes pricing requirements and specifications for the pin production, including material composition, finish options, and packaging requirements. The procurement appears to be subject to standard Massachusetts state purchasing regulations and set-asides for minority and women-owned business enterprises (MBE/WBE) as applicable. The document serves as the technical specification sheet that bidders must reference when preparing their quotations, ensuring that all submitted pins meet the exact requirements of the STOP TEAM program and are suitable for distribution as promotional materials in the state's substance abuse prevention efforts.
