About this file
This is a Market Research Questionnaire template designed for potential suppliers interested in manufacturing the MIRROR ASSEMBLY, REARVIEW (NSN 2540-01-354-5614). The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime issued this pre-solicitation notice to identify sources capable of manufacturing this item and to gauge interest in responding to a future long-term contract solicitation. The questionnaire is blank and serves as the submission vehicle for interested contractors to provide relevant information about their manufacturing capabilities and interest in this requirement.
Responses to the completed questionnaire must be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Maj Joseph Jones, at joseph.1.jones@dla.mil no later than 20 August 2026. Currently approved manufacturers for this rearview mirror assembly are Curt Manufacturing LLC (part number 603560) and Oshkosh Defense LLC (part number 1924140). This market research effort is preliminary in nature and does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal; it is intended solely to identify potential sources and gather information to support development of the actual solicitation that will follow.
