About this file
This document is a Market Research Questionnaire from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime for potential long-term contracts (LTCs) involving multiple National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in vehicle components and related manufacturing. The solicitation targets manufacturers and distributors of steering and suspension components, focusing on eight specific NSNs across NAICS codes 336330, 326122, and 333310, with particular emphasis on items requiring specialized manufacturing qualifications and potential export-controlled technical information.
The market research seeks to establish a five-year firm fixed-price contract with potential price adjustment mechanisms, with key requirements including first article testing for certain NSNs, compliance with trade agreement regulations, and documentation of commercial sales history. Interested vendors are invited to complete a comprehensive survey by 14 July 2025, demonstrating their manufacturing capabilities, inventory availability, small business status, and ability to provide traceability documentation. The government is specifically interested in understanding production limitations, pricing structures, and potential minimum order quantities for the identified national stock numbers.
