The RFP seeks qualified contractors to provide cabling materials, labor, and installation services according to specifications outlined in the scope of work. Interested bidders must submit proposals by the stated deadline, with the contract award anticipated to follow evaluation of submissions. Site visits are recommended to assess existing conditions and installation requirements before proposal submission. The contract term and any renewal options are specified within the document's terms and conditions.

The proposal should address pricing for materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the data cabling installation. Specific technical specifications, code compliance requirements, and quality standards are outlined in the RFP documents. Funding for this project is provided through the Georgia Department of Education budget allocation for facility technology infrastructure improvements at Commerce Elementary School. Bidders should review all supporting exhibits, drawings, and technical specifications included with the RFP to ensure accurate and complete pricing and project planning.
