About this file

The document is a Certificate of Procurement Integrity form from Lextran, designed to certify compliance with federal procurement regulations under the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act. The certificate requires the responsible officer or employee to affirm that, to the best of their knowledge, there are no known violations of specific subsections of the procurement policy, and that all participants in the proposal preparation have been informed of and will comply with the act's requirements. Each participant must be familiar with the regulations and immediately report any potential violations pertaining to the procurement process.

The certificate includes a critical warning that the document concerns a matter within the jurisdiction of a United States agency, and making a false, fictitious, or fraudulent certification may subject the maker to prosecution under Title 18, United States Code Section 1001. The form provides space for the certifier's signature, date, and typed name, with a footnote indicating that Section 27 of the referenced act became effective on September 16, 1989. While the document does not specify a particular procurement, it serves as a standard integrity assurance mechanism for federal procurement processes, emphasizing transparency, ethical conduct, and legal compliance in government contracting.
