About this file
This is an Agency Agreement/Authorization form (CENWS Form 2070) that allows a property owner to designate a property manager to act on their behalf when leasing property to the U.S. Government. The form serves as certification that the designated agent has legal authority to sign lease agreements, bind the owner to lease terms, collect payments, handle maintenance matters, and manage all other aspects of the lease agreement with the government.
The form is associated with a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers solicitation (DACA675250016500) seeking to lease 26 gross square feet of communication tower space on Crawford Mountain, WA. It is a template document that must be completed by property owners who are using a property manager to represent them in the lease transaction, requiring the owner's signature, printed name, and title to authorize the designated agent's authority to act on their behalf.
