Question Answer
1) Question:
The RFP talks about hours as such:
• 168 hours (25%) Data Processing and Data Review Activities
• 134 hours (20%) Survey Documentation Report Activities
• 167 hours (25%) School Definition and Frame Improvement Project Activities
• 201 hours (30%) Survey Design, Planning, and Implementation Activities
It then goes on to ask for Key Personnel with 20+ years of direct experience related to the specific education surveys.
Therefore, can a clarification from Census come out as to if this is being targeting for one FTE who has 20 years’ experience and can do everything the RFP is asking for? Or can multiple people be used to accomplish what the RFP is asking for?
1) Multiple people could be used to accomplish the tasks set forth in the RFP; it does not need to be a single person/FTE.
* Further inquiries will not be considered.
* All other terms and conditions remain the same.
