About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for F-16 Technical Support Services, Contract Number FD2020-25-00939, issued by the Air Force and assigned to Northrop Grumman. The CDRL outlines specific data delivery requirements for engineering data, including detailed specifications for technical drawings, associated lists, and documentation standards. Key requirements include submitting engineering data in digital PDF format, using 3rd angle projection, preparing mono-detail drawings, and following specific standards like ASME Y14.100-2017 and DOD-STD-100C for drawing practices.
The document mandates that all submitted technical documents must have a Distribution Statement D, limiting distribution to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors, and include an Export Control Warning. Submissions must be made electronically to specified email addresses, with the government reserving 30 calendar days to review and approve deliverables. Additional requirements include maintaining configuration records, identifying contract numbers on documents, using English language, and ensuring all drawings and associated lists meet rigorous technical documentation standards specified in the attachment.
