About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a federal contract related to ammunition and munitions. The CDRL outlines multiple data submission requirements for the contractor, including Ammunition Data Cards, Engineering Change Proposals, Notices of Revision, Requests for Variance, Acceptance Test Plans, Test/Inspection Reports, Failure Summary & Analysis Reports, Government Property Reports, Obsolescence Alert Notices, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages Health Assessment Reports.

Key submission requirements include electronic reporting through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), specific formatting guidelines, and distribution to various government agencies such as AFLCMC/EBHJ, DCMA, and the Contracting Officer. The documents have strict submission timelines, ranging from as-required to specific timeframes like 30-90 calendar days after certain events. All submissions are subject to Distribution Statement B, authorizing distribution to U.S. Government agencies, and contain technical data with export restrictions under the Arms Export Control Act and Export Control Reform Act, with potential severe criminal penalties for violations.
