About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Manuals and Associated Supplemental Data, specifically for a Keysight Replenishment contract with the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). The CDRL (Form DD 1423-1) details the requirements for delivering operator/service manuals for calibration support equipment, including specific submission instructions, distribution guidelines, and technical data rights.

Key details include the requirement for the contractor to provide preliminary and final drafts of operator/service manuals to NAVAIR for review and approval, with specific timelines for submission. The manuals must be delivered electronically in MS-Excel, MS Word, or CD-ROM format, with copies provided to multiple NAVAIR points of contact including Heather Loprano, Phillip Brown, and Corry Barnhouse. The United States Government will have limited technical data rights for the manuals, which are to be used for government purposes with restrictions on duplication and posting of technical documentation.
