About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Proposals issued by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) for on-call archaeology services. The addendum extends the proposal submission deadline from September 4, 2024, to September 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM Arizona Time to accommodate the Labor Day holiday and staff availability. SRPMIC intends to award the contract to one qualified firm and anticipates contract execution in October 2024. The scope of work includes archaeological services, environmental compliance (NEPA and Clean Water Act), and dust control planning, requiring firms to possess both environmental and cultural resource expertise. Proposals must be submitted via email to purchasing-bids@srpmic-nsn.gov, with late submissions not accepted. Bidders who have already submitted proposals need not resubmit unless they wish to provide revisions based on the addendum's clarifications.
The contract represents an on-call arrangement for archaeological services supporting community-based projects, with funding anticipated to derive from both tribal and federal sources. SRPMIC did not establish a specific contract budget or value in the addendum, nor were set-aside designations or incumbent information disclosed. The procurement is open to qualified archaeological consulting firms without noted restrictions. Interested vendors are encouraged to request email confirmation of bid receipt to ensure delivery. The addendum clarifies that SRPMIC prefers comprehensive service providers capable of delivering integrated archaeological and environmental services rather than single-discipline contractors.
