About this file
This document is a set of construction drawings and specifications for the Ralph A. Macmullan Conference Center Laundry Facility Construction project in Roscommon, Michigan. The project involves the construction of a new 900 square foot insulated and energy-efficient laundry facility, including concrete foundations and slab, wood-framed walls and roof, metal doors and windows, mechanical and plumbing systems, and electrical components. The drawings provide details on the floor plan, elevations, wall sections, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project is being managed by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, State Facilities Administration.
The construction documents indicate that the project will be competitively bid, with the successful contractor required to provide performance and payment bonds. Pricing terms, set-asides, and funding details are not included in the provided information. The documents do not mention any incumbent contractors or the current operating environment. The contract term and any renewal options are also not specified.
