About this file

This is a vehicle specification document from the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department for the procurement of five (5) new 2026 Dodge Durango Pursuit AWD vehicles. The specification sheet details the required equipment and features for each vehicle, including a 3.6L V6 engine with 24-valve variable valve timing, 8-speed automatic transmission, DB Black Clear Coat paint in monotone finish, cloth bucket seats with rear vinyl, black interior, deactivated rear doors and windows, LED spot lamps, and 50-state emissions compliance. The vehicles must be new and never previously titled. Delivery is required to 2501 Harvard Avenue, Newburgh Heights, Ohio 44105, with title and odometer statements to be hand-delivered to the Department of Public Works Fleet Manager at the same location. The County welcomes equivalent product proposals from alternate manufacturers, including current, past, or future year models, provided bidders submit detailed specifications for review by Sheriff's Department subject matter experts.

All quoted prices must remain firm for sixty (60) days and include standard company quotes with product numbers and descriptions. Vendors must register in the County's Infor electronic purchasing system and comply with all Cuyahoga County requirements, including registration with the County Inspector General's Office. The specification document includes numerous option codes covering paint protection, fuel fill and battery charging, fleet editor options, delivery allowances, powertrain care coverage, and additional fuel availability. Should vendors experience materially increased costs due to changes in U.S. tariff policies, they may request price increases only when supported by comprehensive documentation, including Rules of Origin documentation evidencing manufacturing or assembly location and methods; the County reserves the right to reject any unsupported price increase requests.
