About this file

This is a buildout specifications document for the Clark County School District (CCSD) regarding the procurement of a 2026 Ford F-150 or equivalent vehicle. The document outlines detailed specifications and requirements for the vehicle configuration, including engine type, transmission, interior features, exterior options, safety equipment, and technology packages. The specifications are designed to ensure consistency across fleet acquisitions and to meet the operational needs of the school district. No specific quantities, response dates, due dates, bidder meetings, or award dates are referenced in this buildout specifications document, as it serves as a technical reference guide rather than a formal solicitation notice.

The document establishes the baseline configuration and feature requirements that any equivalent vehicle must meet to satisfy CCSD procurement standards. The specifications cover powertrain options, cab configuration, bed length, lighting systems, towing and payload capacity, infotainment systems, and various comfort and convenience features. This buildout specification document does not address pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or contract award amounts, as it functions as a technical standards document to be referenced during the formal procurement process for fleet vehicles.
