About this file
This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Capital Circle Office Complex (CCOC) New Office Building and Parking Garage project in Leon County, Florida. The RFQ includes responses to questions submitted by potential bidders. The project involves the design of a 225,000 square foot multi-user office building and an attached parking garage. The Department will determine during the design phase whether the project will pursue LEED or Florida Green Globe certification. The RFQ does not have an established construction budget or project schedule, and the $6 million in available funding is for the initial design work only. Minority and women-owned business enterprise (WMBE) participation is not required but must be reported during the provided services.
The RFQ does not provide any additional details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient information. Interested firms must submit their qualifications in response to the RFQ, which will be used to shortlist candidates for the design contract.
