About this file
This document contains a draft statement of work and notice of a pre-solicitation opportunity for center cell access ports on Virginia Class submarines. The statement of work outlines requirements for the contractor to manufacture, test, package, inspect, and deliver center cell access port assemblies and first article units in accordance with applicable drawings and specifications. The pre-solicitation notice indicates the Naval Undersea Warfare Center intends to issue a request for proposal for a firm fixed price contract with options for the procurement of center cell access ports. The opportunity is set aside for small businesses with a closing date and anticipated award date in 2022. The evaluation criteria will consider technical capability, past performance, and price.
