The Solicitation wording intermixes program funding methods between Administrative Services Only (ASO) and Insurance (Fully Insured) in various sections. Will the OCC accept “insured” quotes as being compliant? If so, should the CLIN’s be interpreted as looking for a composite premium rate for insured quotes or should a tiered rate (EE, EE+1 & EE+2>) structure be offered?
This solicitation is for an Administrative Service Only Vision Plan.

The OCC will not accept composite based premium rates for this solicitation.
