About this file

This is a Price Schedule document for a Cationic Polymer supply contract with Washington Aqueduct. The contract covers the supply of cationic polymer in 80-tote quantities across five contract years, with CLINs 0001 through 4001 representing Year 1 through Year 5 respectively. The document provides a framework for pricing but does not contain filled-in unit prices or total costs. The current incumbent contract with POLYDYNE, INC expires on September 7, 2026, and this solicitation (W912DR26RA032) seeks to establish a replacement contract to ensure continued chemical supply for water treatment operations serving approximately 1 million residents in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia.

The associated solicitation is being conducted by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Baltimore and will utilize a reverse auction format posted on the Unison Marketplace platform. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Interested vendors should access the auction through the provided Unison Marketplace link and direct marketplace-related inquiries to marketplacesupport@unisonglobal.com or 1-877-933-3243.
