About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Linn Benton Lincoln Education Service District (LBLESD) for a Caseload Management Software Solution. The RFP is a partnership between LBLESD and several other Oregon Education Service Districts (ESDs): High Desert ESD, InterMountain ESD, South Coast ESD, Southern Oregon ESD, and Willamette ESD. The selected vendor will be required to provide implementation and training services to the ESD staff who will be using the software. The RFP is open to existing solutions, and if a viable option is presented, the partner ESDs will have the option to purchase the solution at the proposed cost. If a new solution is selected, the partner ESDs will enter into an agreement with LBLESD to use the developed solution.
The contract opportunity covers the jurisdictions of Linn County and Albany City, Oregon. The addendum provides clarification on the partnership between the ESDs and the vendor's responsibilities for implementation and training. No other details are provided regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding, or other salient information.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ADDENDUM ONE
Caseload Management Software Solution
Thursday, April 13, 2023
This addendum is being issued to answer questions posed by a potential proposer.
1. Will LBLESD provide implementation and training services, or will LBLESD expect the vendor to do so?
This software will be for use by ESD staff only. Vendor will need to provide implementation and training services to ESD staff.
2. Can you please provide more details on LBLESD’s partnership with other ESDs? Is the RFP on behalf of the other ESDs?
LBLESD is the holder if the RFP. If a viable existing solution is presented, the partner ESDs will be given the option to purchase the solution at the proposed cost. If development of a new solution is the selected option, the partner districts will enter into an agreement with LBLESD to use the developed solution.
