Statement of Work (SOW) Project Number: TBD
Project Title: Comm Room Access Control 08 Aug 2024
PROJECT SCOPE:
1. Install new access control RFID door swipe and PIN devices on 6 communications rooms within the SAPF building 1 (rooms 1410, 1412, 3507,3506, 3606, and 3609). That are compatible with the existing Symmetry Security Software Suite. Install any new required premise control units (PCUs) network switches and run all needed wires and cabling for turn-key badge operations to the identified communication rooms.
2. Install six (6) two-door controllers replacing the existing control boards if needed, contractor can use existing boards if they still function. Install/run sensor reader cables along with six (6) readers with keypads consistent and compatible with the existing system. Add or modify electric strike to six (6) doors and program doors to function conjunction with the existing system. All hardware should be of like style and approved in advance by the GSSO and physical S8Z security.
3. Remove existing hardware returning to the government representative for future extended use. Patch and paint any holes or marks returning it to the original condition. All paint/finishes shall match existing.
4. All new badge readers will be added to the existing software suite with additional licenses granted as needed to meet the requirements. All added badge readers will be tested as operational back to the main system in Rm 3608. Testing will be done in the presence of the SCIF owner and the SSR officer.
5. All work shall be done by AMAG certified technicians. Additionally, contractor shall coordinate with the 21 SFS Alarms Shop during as needed for programming and associated work.
6. Work is to be done Monday through Friday, 0730-1530.
7. Customer will provide escort. This is a restricted area, and all rooms are within a SCIF.
