About this file
This document is a Capability Statement Questions template for a federal contract opportunity involving maintenance services for Northrop Grumman proprietary systems managed by the FAA.
The solicitation requires respondents to address five specific capability areas. First, companies must demonstrate their ability to provide maintenance services for Northrop Grumman proprietary systems and their capacity to obtain required parts from original equipment manufacturers, with FAA documentation required upon contract award. Second, respondents must explain their process for maintaining a national telephone hotline service available 24/7, 365 days per year to meet FAA requirements. Third, companies must delineate their ability to provide a fully-trained and qualified workforce capable of delivering logistics and component repair services for RDVS (Runway Diagnostic Vehicle System) and maintenance and engineering services for RDVS, ETVS (Equipment Test Vehicle System), and STVS (Surveillance Test Vehicle System). Fourth, respondents must elaborate on their on-site rotable spares inventory and consumable parts supply to sustain adequate support throughout the contract lifespan, with a complete component and assembly list required if awarded. Fifth, companies must describe their capability to maintain government-furnished test bed systems. All responses must reference corresponding sections of the accompanying Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed technical requirements and specifications.
