About this file
This is a cancellation notice issued by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for Solicitation No. DBH000594, Short-term Acute Crisis Stabilization Service Beds. The solicitation was originally posted on May 5, 2022, and was cancelled on October 20, 2022, due to no bids being received. The eRFQ was issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide short-term acute crisis stabilization services designed to increase bed capacity for Georgia children and adolescents with acute psychiatric behavioral health needs. The solicitation indicated that multiple awards could be made to qualified offerors, though no specific number of hospital beds or service quantities were guaranteed. DBHDD reserved the right to make appropriate referrals on an as-needed basis to any successful offeror(s).
Per the cancellation notice, all materials submitted under the current solicitation will remain closed until a new solicitation is conducted. Should DBHDD elect to rebid the goods and services, all suppliers will be required to respond to new bid forms and requirements for consideration of award. Upon issuance of a Notice of Intent to Award for any subsequent solicitation, records will be made available in accordance with Section I.6 of the Georgia Procurement Manual regarding public access to procurement information. The issuing officer for this solicitation was Stacey Stith, who can be contacted at Dbhdd.solicitations@dbhdd.ga.gov.
