About this file

This PowerPoint file contains detailed camera location and configuration specifications for eight Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) across Arkansas for the VA Veterans Health Administration. The document, part of Solicitation Number 36C25625Q0624, provides a comprehensive Revision 2 overview of security camera placement, including specific technical details for each location such as camera types, viewing angles, and installation methods.

Key specifications include: 270-degree view cameras on exterior building corners (with some exceptions), indoor and outdoor dome cameras (2mp and 5mp), License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, and consistent installation protocols involving mounting in eaves, awnings, or walls. Each CBOC (Conway, El Dorado, Hot Springs West/East, Mena, Pine Bluff, Searcy, Russellville, and Mountain Home) has unique camera configurations, with some locations removing existing cameras and adding new ones. Camera routing typically involves second-floor access to OIT (Office of Information Technology) rooms or closets, with cable penetration through brick, eaves, or walls. The project focuses on enhancing security surveillance across these VA healthcare facilities.
