About this file
Cal-Line Sole Source Public Notice
This is a Sole Source Public Notice issued by an Oregon state or local agency for the procurement of Cal-Line products or services. The notice announces the agency's intent to award a contract to a single source vendor without competitive bidding, as permitted under procurement regulations. The document establishes the public notification period during which interested parties may challenge the sole source determination or request consideration as an alternative vendor. Specific details regarding the products or services, quantities, contract term, and renewal options are to be determined based on the agency's operational needs and the Cal-Line vendor's service offerings.
The notice requires publication to satisfy transparency and fairness requirements in public procurement. Parties wishing to protest the sole source award or demonstrate their capability to provide equivalent products or services must submit documentation within the specified timeframe outlined in the notice. The agency will evaluate any submissions received and may reconsider the sole source determination if viable alternatives are presented that meet the identified requirements and specifications for the Cal-Line procurement.
