The vender must be able to train courses simultaneously in different regions of California as some of our schedules may overlap. For example, we may need a training in the same week to occur down south in the Los Angeles region while also providing a training in our Fortuna northern regions as well.

2. 8-hour First Responder Awareness delivered at three (3) CCC locations
The CCC will be responsible for assisting the contractor with scheduling the courses throughout the State of CA starting July 1, 2025- June 30, 2026. Due to the nature of our Corpsmembers first responder duties, if a natural emergency arises and our crews get deployed, we may need to reschedule the training at a short notice. The CCC will work with the vender to give them as much notice as possible for the need to reschedule. If we cannot meet the minimum attendance rate, 25 students, we will need to reschedule/post pone the training in order to obtain the minimum number of students.
Contractor should include and/or incorporate the following elements in the completed course package (invoiced as a single combined line item):
• Student textbooks per class (physical and/or digital copies)
• Provide hands-on practice in addition to written reference materials
• Provide an industry recognized completion certificate (electronic) per student, per course

• Purchase all necessary supplies and training materials and aids related to the training that are not provided by the CCC. The CCC will provide basic PPE per student (gloves, tyveks, masks, tape, rubber boots)
