About this file

This is a Price Schedule attachment for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation (140R2026Q0075) for shaded fuel break construction and vegetation management services on Bureau of Reclamation Auburn Project Lands in Placer and El Dorado Counties, California. The price schedule is presented in an Excel spreadsheet format and serves as the pricing template for vendors to submit cost proposals for as-needed wildfire risk reduction activities that will be issued through Call Orders during the BPA ordering period.

The file functions as a pricing structure document where contractors are expected to provide unit prices, labor rates, equipment costs, and material expenses associated with shaded fuel break construction and vegetation management work. This allows the government to issue Call Orders against the established BPA at pre-negotiated rates for this specific wildfire mitigation work scope. The spreadsheet format enables standardized cost comparison and evaluation of competing proposals, with pricing to be applied across multiple task orders issued throughout the contract performance period.

Notes:

1. Evaluation of Price: For the purpose of evaluating offers, the Government will calculate a Total Evaluated Price for each offeror by multiplying the proposed unit prices by the following assumed evaluation quantities:
All Acre-based CLINs (1, 3, 4, 5, 6): 100 acres
CLIN 2 (Biologist): 8 hours

2. The quantities shown (Quantity = 1) and the assumed evaluation quantities (100 acres / 8 hours) are for evaluation purposes only. They do not represent a minimum or maximum obligation under the BPA.

3. When placing calls/orders under the BPA, the Government will order by actual quantity required × the applicable year’s unit price.

4. Once BPA has been awarded, the unit prices for each year are fixed and cannot be adjusted unless a modification is issued by the Contracting Officer.

5. Offerors must provide pricing for all CLINs. Failure to do so may result in the offer being deemed non-responsive.
