The certification requirements include Iran Contracting Certification, Darfur Contracting Act Certification, Major Participant Debarment Certification, Subcontractor Debarment Certification, Non-Collusion Certification, California Civil Rights Laws Certification for contracts over $100,000, and Executive Order N-6-22 Russia Sanctions compliance. Bidders must also complete an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Form to disclose any use of AI technology, including generative AI, in performing contract deliverables. The document requires all non-governmental contractors to submit a completed STD 204 form with tax identification information and establishes compliance requirements for drug-free workplace standards, workers' compensation insurance, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, and nondiscrimination provisions under California Government Code Section 12990.
