Questions due: August 9, 2024 by 2:00PM

Answers due: August 12, 2024 by 2:00PM

1) Regarding Exhibit B Attachment I form; Since Task 3 has options for plugs and 1 gallon containers, for the estimated unit price that we have to provide do we give two options? one for pricing using plugs and the other for 1 gallons?

a. No, per the Detailed Scope of Work (Task 3) “All plants shall be propagated in either plugs or 1-gallon containers”. Bids containing multiple Exhibit B, Attachment I forms will not be accepted.

2) Additionally, how would they know which species we would do in a plug vs 1 gallon?

a. Per the Detailed Scope of Work (Table 1: Container Plant Quantities) notates which species’ can be propagated in either plugs or 1-gallon containers.

3) If certain forms don't apply to us, for example DARFUR or the use of AI, do we still have to turn in that blank page as part of our package?

a. Please refer to the STD 1000 & DPR 74 for instructions.
