Synopsis Notification
The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide production Music License/Music Library License for IMEF Communication Strategy and Operations (COMMSTRAT). The period of performance is expected to be from 26 May 2022 through 25 May 2023 for base year with four option years.
The anticipated procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via Business Opportunities (www.SAM.gov) on or around 09 May 2022.
This is not a request for quotations.
This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
Set-aside status: 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 512230 (Music Publishers) with a size standard of 750 EMPLOYEES.
In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov.
