The government will trade in a 2020 Can Am Defender HD10 6x6 (Serial# 3JB6GAX44LK000944) that suffered fire damage under the driver's side floorboard with unknown mileage and is currently inoperable. Delivery is required to Hoosier National Forest, 248 15th Street, Tell City, IN 47586, with the seller providing 72-hour advance notice to the government's point of contact. Documentation required at delivery includes the fully configured UTV, installed seating and electrical systems, and all manufacturer warranties, manuals, and operator and maintenance documentation. Acceptance occurs upon verification that all systems are fully functional, specifications are met, and equipment is delivered in new, undamaged condition. A technically acceptable offer must include trade-in credit, delivery, and documentation demonstrating compliance with all minimum technical specifications.

UTV Purchase Specifications
• Sealed Cab with HVAC
• Minimum Two Cylinder Engine
• Minimum Engine displacement of 999cc
• Minimum 82HP
• CVT or SteelDrive transmission
• Electronic Power Steering
• Turf Mode: An unlocked rear differential setting that allows the back wheels to spin independently.
• 4WD with Locking front differential
• Minimum Box capacity of 1000 lbs.
• Cargo box at least 36” L x 54” W x 12” D
• Minimum Ground clearance of 14”
• High Clearance/Arched A-arms
• Minimum 29” tires
• Full coverage Heavy Duty HMW plastic skid plate (Thickest plastic available no metal)
• Towing capacity of 2500 lbs. from 2” receiver
• Minimum Payload capacity of 1,200 lbs.
• Ability to seat at least 3 personnel
• Minimum 10” of suspension travel front and rear
• Fuel capacity of at least 11.5 gallons
• Minimum 4,500-pound winch
• Full Windshield with wiper
• Full coverage front bumper

Deliverables / Schedule
The Seller shall ship and deliver the Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) to the Government-specified location.
The Seller shall provide the Government’s designated Point of Contact (POC) with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours advance notice prior to the expected delivery date and time. The Seller shall ensure that all scheduling, coordination, and communication necessary for successful delivery is completed with the POC in advance.
Prior to picking up trade ins and delivery, the seller will coordinate with the COR/Technical POC listed in the SOW 72 hours in advance for the UTV and arrange receiving with the POC. The POC will verify compliance with this SOW. Acceptance will occur when all systems are fully functional, specifications are met, and the equipment is delivered in new, undamaged condition.
Uniformity: Equipment shall be installed in a consistent and standardized manner.

• Installed seating, storage, electrical systems, and accessories as specified
• All applicable manufacturer warranties, manuals, and documentation

A technically acceptable offer must include trade-ins, delivery, and show quoted item meets all of the minimum technical specifications. If a quote doesn’t meet all specifications the quote will not be technically acceptable.
