About this file

This is a pricing schedule (Schedule of Items) for the NRCS Montana National Resources Inventory (NRI) Grazing land Field Study Data Collection contract. The schedule establishes CLINs for a base year (2026) plus four option years (2027-2030), with pricing required for three deliverable categories: Federal Points (186 units annually), Non-Federal onsite private grazing land (OPGL) Points (236 units annually), and Training (1 unit annually). Contractors must provide unit prices for accessible points and a separate unit price for points deemed inaccessible in field designation, with the inaccessible point price not to exceed 50% of the accessible point price. Payment is contingent on actual delivery and Government acceptance of deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work, with a maximum of two points payable per segment. Field data collection occurs between May 1 and September 30 annually.

The RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 541620, Environmental Consulting Services; $19M size standard) issued by the NRCS under the Department of Agriculture. The Government will price evaluate all CLINs to determine total proposed price, and quotations must include pricing for every CLIN or the proposal will be deemed non-responsive and eliminated from competition. Department of Labor wage determinations from SAM.gov apply to any awarded contract. Historical California NRI program data is provided for reference only and does not constitute the Government's estimated need or guarantee of available quantities in future years.
