About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) World Check One Advance Subscription Service for the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) Global Programs division.

The USDA FAS requires subscription-based access to LSEG's World Check One database to enhance compliance with regulatory obligations for customer and participant due diligence. The contractor must provide database access to a specified number of USG users to perform ad-hoc, third-party screening and "batch" monitoring of selected entities. The screening services must cross-reference multiple sources including politically exposed persons lists, global sanctions lists, global regulatory and law enforcement lists, negative media coverage, and the US System for Award Management (SAM). Database access must be provided to selected users within three business days of contract award, with ad-hoc query capability immediately available upon access. The subscription service requires ongoing delivery and access throughout the contract term. The system must be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and all information received from queries must be 100% accurate with vendor research verifiable. Performance will be monitored through random sampling and surveillance, with negative CPARS reporting for failure to meet performance standards. All reports and information generated through the service will remain the sole possession of USDA FAS and be treated with appropriate security. No government-furnished equipment, travel, key personnel requirements, or Section 508 compliance needs are specified for this contract.
