Asiga Cure Intelligent Post-Curing Device — Product Spec Sheet

The Asiga Cure is a scientific post-curing device built for fast, reliable, and quantifiable results. Internal light sensors measure the actual dose of light reaching every object in the chamber — solving the classic “two potato problem” where parts cure unevenly depending on load. Vacuum curing eliminates sticky surfaces caused by oxygen inhibition, and internal infrared heating lets materials reach their full mechanical potential.

Multi-award winning design, including the 2024 Good Design Award and a Red Dot Award recognition.

KEY CAPABILITIES

Intelligent Dose Curing Internal light sensors measure the dose of light reaching objects in the chamber, giving quantifiable curing no matter how many parts are loaded.

Vacuum Curing A high-performance internal vacuum pump eliminates sticky surfaces caused by oxygen inhibition, without the cost or hassle of inert gas.

Infrared Heating Internal IR heating up to 80°C accelerates reaction kinetics and helps materials reach optimal glass-transition properties.

Inert Gas Connectivity External gas can be connected if required; vacuum evacuation before filling keeps gas wastage minimal and residual gas concentration under 1ppm.

Validated Material Profiles Pre-programmed curing profiles for major resin brands, or create and save fully custom profiles via the on-screen editor.

Acceleration Port An external vacuum pump can be connected to cut vacuum pull-down times to seconds, boosting throughput in high-volume settings.
