This is a bid flyer issued by the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District soliciting proposals for the purchase of the CoGen System, a cogeneration plant currently operated by Reedy Creek Energy Services (RCES). The CoGen System produces both electricity and thermal energy in the form of steam and hot water for Walt Disney World operations, utilizing a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) process to ensure reliable power supply to the parks and resort facilities. The flyer represents a significant asset sale opportunity within the energy services sector. Key details regarding bidding procedures, pricing requirements, technical specifications, site visit arrangements, bidder conference information, proposal submission deadlines, and contract award timelines should be referenced in the complete procurement documentation. Interested parties should review all associated bid documents and supporting exhibits to understand the full scope of operational and financial requirements related to acquiring and managing the CoGen System.
