The form requires offerors to self-certify whether they meet the definition of an "Indian Economic Enterprise" with Indian Ownership under the authority of 25 U.S.C. 47 (Buy Indian Act) and HHSAR 326.601. Additionally, successful offerors must register with the System of Award Management (SAM).
