About this file
The document is a Buy American Certificate (dated October 2022), a federal contracting form that requires offerors to certify the origin and domestic content of end products. The certificate mandates that offerors:
- Certify each end product as a domestic product, identifying any domestic end products containing critical components; 2) List foreign end products manufactured in the United States, including those that do not qualify as domestic end products, and indicate whether foreign products exceed 55% domestic content (except for COTS items); and 3) Separately list line-item numbers of domestic end products with critical components. The government will evaluate offers according to Federal Acquisition Regulation part 25 policies and procedures, focusing on the domestic origin and content of proposed products.
