If conditions warrant adding additional stops, or changing the location of one or more pick-up points, this information should be communicated to the Needham Transportation Director for his/her consideration and action, relative hereto. At no time shall a driver pick up or drop off at unscheduled locations or make unauthorized stops to pick up or discharge passengers.
