About this file

This document is a service specification for a bathroom faucet installation project for the Department of Human Resources (DHR) in Bullock County, Alabama. The project involves a one-time installation of three (3) Delta Model B510LF-PPU-12 single-handle, center-set bathroom faucets at the DHR Bullock County office located at 687 March St in Union Springs, AL. The installation is to be completed by April 30, 2025, during normal working hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday), with the hardware already provided by the DHR office. A site visit is recommended but not mandatory, and the primary point of contact is Tracy Larkins, with Rosalind Williams serving as a backup.

The project requires the supplier to provide all necessary tools, supplies, and labor for the complete installation, including debris removal and ensuring the faucets are in proper working order. The supplier must have a current business license for Union Springs or Bullock County, and the technician must be trained, skilled, and licensed to perform the work. Payment terms are net 30, paid in arrears after service completion, with the supplier prohibited from invoicing before the work is finished. The unit price submitted should include all associated costs such as trip charges, labor, travel, and materials required for the one-time installation.
