About this file

This document outlines the specifications for a Bubbler & Desiccant Compact Flow Bubbler device requested by the Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD). The device must have a pump, tank, manifold, control board, display/keypad, and enclosure, and include an optional external desiccant. It must meet stringent accuracy requirements for stage/level, internal temperature, battery, and pressure measurements. The bubbler must have a built-in datalogger and SDI-12 ports for communications and maintenance. OWRD may purchase up to 60 or more units over the life of the resulting contract. Proposals will be evaluated based on price, how the item meets the specifications, warranty, customer service accessibility, compatibility with existing OWRD equipment, and compliance with USGS/OWRD standards.
