About this file
ITB - Health & Human Services Woodburn Health Remodel
This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) posting document issued by the State of Oregon for a health facility remodeling project at the Woodburn Health location. The project encompasses comprehensive renovation and remodeling work to upgrade the Woodburn Health facility's infrastructure, systems, and physical space. Bidders are required to submit proposals that address all scope requirements outlined in the associated project documentation. The ITB establishes specific submission deadlines and procedures for interested contractors to respond to the solicitation. Site visits and pre-bid meetings may be scheduled to allow potential bidders to familiarize themselves with the project location and requirements. Award of the contract will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the best value to the State of Oregon, with contract performance expected to commence following execution and any required notices to proceed.
The pricing structure for this project requires bidders to submit detailed cost proposals reflecting all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the remodeling work as specified. The ITB may include specific set-asides or preferences for targeted businesses, as applicable under Oregon procurement regulations. Funding for this project is provided through state appropriations designated for health and human services facility improvements. Contractors should review all bid documents, specifications, and exhibits thoroughly to ensure complete understanding of project scope and requirements before submitting proposals. The State of Oregon reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technical irregularities in the bidding process.
