FBO Special Notice

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) announces the sole source contract awards to Serco Services Inc. for the Clintwood Contact Center with a value of $36,584,720.56 and to RA Outdoors for the Frostburg/Dallas Contact Centers with a value of $115,321,161.40. These contracts were awarded with authority granted under the Federal Employees Retirement System Act of 1986, 5 U.S.C.

§ 8474. The contracts support the Agency’s critical needs by synchronizing major legacy contracts with the Recordkeeping Services Acquisition (RKSA) transition.

The Agency’s acquisition strategy to support the planned award of RKSA is to award multiple-year sole source contracts for the following requirements to ensure seamless transition to RKSA, which is expected to be complete in September of 2022.
