About this file

This is a Cancellation Determination issued by the Arizona Lottery Commission regarding the solicitation for Player Gift Card Fulfillment services (BPM005496). The Arizona Lottery, operating under Arizona Revised Statute 41-2501, had issued a Request for Proposal to establish one or more single-agency contracts for comprehensive gift card fulfillment services. The solicitation was posted on September 22, 2023, with a proposal submission deadline of October 25, 2023. Prior to making an award decision, the procurement was cancelled effective October 25, 2023.

The cancellation determination was made in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R19-3-516 due to essential requirements missing from the RFP documentation. The Arizona Lottery Commission determined it was in the best interest of the State to cancel the solicitation after offer opening and before award. A new solicitation is planned to be released within six months. All responses received in response to the original solicitation have been withheld from public inspection in accordance with applicable regulations, and the determination has been placed in the procurement file.
