QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES
Description of Services. Construction Branch’s need for Non‐Personal Services for Quality Assurance (QA) Testing is as follows: A US Army Corps of Engineers (COE), Materials Testing Center (MTC), validated Laboratory shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, management, tools, labor, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the services of Quality Assurance Testing, to include, but not limited to the collection, sample, analyze and report for a collection of samples taken from various construction sites for contracts administered by the Corps of Engineers, Portland District’s, Engineering & Construction Branch. QA Testing may be required on, but not limited to the following types of construction sites such as; fabrication shops, jetties, quarries, government operating sites such as dams, waterways, powerhouses, Treaty fishing sites, etc. The location of the construction contracts will vary and will be within the boundaries of the Portland District, which covers all of Oregon and SW Washington states.
