About this file

This document is a Prepriced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for RRB Promotional Items issued by the Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG), with solicitation number W911YN25Q0039. The BPA has a 3-year performance period with a total ceiling of $249,000 and a per-call purchase limitation of $50,000. Key terms include monthly price list submissions, delivery ticket requirements, and quarterly customer surveys to ensure order timeliness and accuracy.

The agreement covers promotional items with specific requirements such as including a FL Call to Action logo in the design, providing a sample product one week prior to full production, and shipping orders to the specified FLARNG armory address. Pricing is to be competitive, with prices no higher than those charged to the contractor's most favored customer, and all orders are considered instruments of the United States government, which means the federal government is not liable for state or local taxes.
